Although originally approaching photography only as an art form - Marino has worked on worldwide commissions in Japan - America and across Europe. Clients such as Lexus, The National bank of Iceland, Icelandair and Universal Studios - to name a few are a part of a constantly growing portfolio of clients. Collaborations with fashion and product designers have been shown and exhibited world wide, with countless appearances in various magazines, showrooms and books.
Marino’s personal work gained near instant attention early on, showing heavy influence from upbringing in a remote remote place with a close relation to nature and the ever changing elements of Iceland.
Marino divides his time between his studios in the remote Westfjords and Reykjavik the capital of Iceland.
